3. Exchanges:
   If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or product, please reach out to us, and we will guide you through the exchange process. You may need to return the original item before we ship the exchange.

4. Non-returnable Items:
   Some products, such as opened or used press-on nails or nail colors, cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns. Please ensure the item is unopened and in resalable condition before initiating a return.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange and cover the return shipping costs.
